Some goods are classed as dangerous goods and can only fly with the correct packing, labels and declarations under airline rules. Tell us exactly what you are shipping — with the safety data sheet if available — and we will confirm whether and how it can be shipped by air.

FCL (Full Container Load) means you book a whole container for your cargo. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shippers and you pay only for the space you use. LCL suits smaller volumes; FCL is usually more economical for larger shipments.

Ocean freight is the most cost-effective option for heavy, bulky or high-volume cargo that does not need to arrive urgently. If delivery time is critical, air freight is faster; we can compare both options for your shipment.

A typical sea shipment needs a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, and sometimes a certificate of origin or special permits depending on the goods and destination. Our team checks your documents before shipping to avoid delays at the port.

Customs clearance is the process of declaring goods to customs, paying any applicable duties and taxes, and getting official approval to import or export them. Correct classification and documents are essential to avoid delays, storage charges and penalties.

Usually a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and — depending on the goods and country — a certificate of origin, import permits or other approvals. We review your documents and let you know if anything is missing before the cargo arrives.

In most cases the importer pays duties and taxes, but this depends on the agreed Incoterms between buyer and seller (for example DAP or DDP). We calculate the expected charges in advance so there are no surprises.

An NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is an ocean carrier that does not operate ships. It books container space with shipping lines and offers it to shippers under its own bill of lading, often with more flexible service and rates.
