What is your minimum order quantity?
It varies by category and by factory. Our own brands generally carry lower minimums than private label production, because the packaging and artwork already exist. Tell us the product and target quantity and we confirm the exact MOQ before you commit to anything.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, and we recommend it. Samples are sent for your approval and the sample cost is normally credited against your first bulk order. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off on a physical sample.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to start production with the balance due before shipment. The balance is only released once the pre-shipment inspection has passed, so you are not paying in full for goods you have not verified.
How long does an order take?
Roughly 15 to 45 days from approved sample to goods ready, depending on category and quantity. Freight transit is on top of that and depends on your lane — usually 4 to 24 days by sea.
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes. We handle private label and OEM production with custom packaging, labels and barcodes, produced by the same vetted factories we already work with. Minimums are higher than stock lines but the margin per unit is better.
Who checks the quality before it ships?
We do. Every order goes through a pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample, covering quality, quantity, labelling and packaging. If something fails, it is corrected before dispatch, not after arrival.
Do you arrange the shipping too?
Yes. KingFisher Logistics is part of the same group, so freight, customs clearance and delivery are handled by the same documentation desk that processed your order. One point of contact from factory floor to your warehouse.
